Jesper is the intranet manager at Region Skåne, one of the largest Swedish public healthcare providers. The last two years he’s been busy building and launching a new intranet for 35,000 employees. Now, post-launch, the new intranet must be managed, and one way to keep track of all the team tasks is to use The Intranet Governance Game.
He blogs about intranets, speaks about intranets and occasionally even dreams about intranets (and it’s not nightmares—in the dreams everything always works perfectly!). The game was invented when on holiday in the Norwegian mountains and built in late nights and weekends this winter. Most fun thing he’s ever done.
