Although our ambitions were modest, we’ve secured a large ball room with adjacent rooms and spaces.

This will be a very comfortable, self-contained space for our 150 participants, and the facilities and service should be good.

Once you’ve arrived upstairs, you’ll pick-up your name badge and make use of the cloakroom if you wish.

Then it’s into the (space 1) ballroom for hot and cold drinks as soon as you walk in, and a view of the sponsors to your right along the back of the main hall (space 3). There’s also a separate hospitality room (space 6) at the back that will also be used during the afternoon break-out sessions.

You’ll see rooms at the top-left (space 2) that we’ll use for the afternoon break-out group discussions (like an unconference).

However you enter the hotel, you’ll be guided upstairs to our floor. Lifts are available.
