The chatbot runs inside Facebook Messenger (available on desktop and app) it does not run in the ol’ Facebook app. It’s in Messenger.

You can access the bot in three ways:

• Visit m.me/intranetnow
• In Facebook Messenger, search for ‘Intranet Now’
• In Facebook Messenger, scan the 3D quickcode thing below.

To scan, open Facebook Messenger, and go to the ‘People’ menu. Now tocuh the ‘+’ icon and select ‘Scan Code’.
