Overloaded with low-value intranet tasks? You need a strategy

Having a strategy is never the most urgent thing. The phone won’t ring off the hook if it’s is not in place and the C suite won’t descend upon you to interrogate your digital direction.

But not having an intranet strategy can severely curtail your chances of doing quality work. In the absence of a well-communicated overall direction, teams can end up trying to do everything and end up not doing anything very well.
